* Auxiliary Low-Dropout Regulators (LDOs) for Camera Modules and Audio circuits
- Safety Protections: Input Over-Voltage Protection (OVP) up to 14V, Battery OVP, Over-Current Protection (OCP), Thermal Regulation & Shutdown, NTC Battery Temperature Monitoring
- Package Type: Fine-Pitch WLCSP / BGA
- Mounting Type: Surface Mount Technology (SMD BGA Soldering / Reballing)
Usage:
- Centralized Power Path & Display Power Management: Acts as the primary interface between external USB power and internal motherboard rails, providing core power path management while driving the display panel bias and camera flashlight.
- Target Devices & Compatible Models:
* Xiaomi / Redmi / POCO: Redmi Note 8 Pro (MediaTek Helio G90T), Redmi Note 8, Redmi Note 9 Pro, Redmi 10X, Redmi K30, POCO X2
* Oppo: Oppo Reno 2, Reno 3, Oppo A91, Reno 4
* Realme: Realme 6, Realme 6 Pro, Realme Narzo series, Realme X7
* Vivo: Vivo V19, Vivo S1, Vivo Y50
* Other popular 4G mid-range smartphones based on MediaTek Helio G-Series and P-Series processors.
- Common Fault Symptoms & Motherboard Diagnostics:
* Dead Phone (No Power / No Boot): Phone does not turn on or charge; bench DC power supply shows 0.00A or very low static current (0.01A–0.03A) because the main VSYS / VPH_PWR power path inside MT6360P is damaged or open.
* Charging Failures:
- Fake Charging: Charging animation and lightning icon appear on screen, but battery percentage does not increase or actually drains.
- Zero Current Draw: USB ammeter shows 5V with 0.00A current draw despite cable insertion.
- Temperature Warning: Phone alerts "Battery temperature too high / low" immediately upon connecting the charger due to internal NTC circuit fault.
* Graphic / Display Failure (Black Screen): Mobile boots up, vibrates, and receives calls, but the screen remains totally black without display or backlight due to missing positive/negative display bias voltages (+5V / -5V).
* Flashlight / Torch Not Working: Torch toggle in the quick settings menu is greyed out or fails to illuminate due to a burnt internal LED driver channel.
* Direct VBUS / VSYS Short Circuit: Short to ground on the charging buck inductor or input filter capacitors, causing USB chargers or DC bench power supplies to trip immediately.
