  * Unknown Baseband (بیس بینڈ نامعلوم): Baseband version missing or showing blank in software settings due to communication failure between the modem and MT6190MV.

  * Radio Off / No Signal Bar: Phone is unable to turn on the cellular radio switch, or drops signal completely after a few seconds.
